Greater Melbourne's population is quickly growing, and the race is on for inner city suburb land to develop for people to live in.  But what about things like public amenity, planning for growth, or maintaining the heritage look and feel of suburbs that attracted people to them in the first place? Enter stage right the Yarra Housing Strategy.

A project for the City of Yarra (which includes Richmond, Collingwood and Fitzroy), the Yarra Housing Plan seeks to provide confidence on what can be developed where and how.

The report was designed to be nested in the Yarra Planning Scheme; incorporating a number of  looks for Business Strategies, Transport, etc.  This project also required a campaign look that could be rolled out across information sheets, promotional postcards and posters for public consultations.

A full service project, this job also involved copy writing and editing services, and incorporates an illustrated timeline on the development of the City of Yarra .
